My home was the third family home that Roslyn has sold for us in the last few years. I engaged her to sell my home because she markets her portfolio of properties with a great deal of expertise and enthusiasm. That starts with the initial appraisal when Roslyn candidly lets the owner know just what is required or needs to be upgraded to make the property stand out from the crowd. Often they are just small but important details. Marketing was launched once a professional photographer captured some alluring shots of the home and a huge sign appeared out front, all at no cost. The house was offered to so many potential customers I'm sure that no one escaped her attention. Almost every weekend the home was open for viewing with Roslyn mostly, or another agent in attendance. Bottom line is, did my home sell in a reasonable time? Yes, it was on the market for only about three months. Did I get a good price? Yes again, I was very happy with the price Roslyn negotiated for me. Some neighboring homes have sold below their market value but not mine. Would I recommend Roslyn to anybody? Unreservedly!

Mum became unwell and needed nursing home care. We found her a placement and she was moved to her new residence in early April . Roslyn listed mums property the next day. She was aware of our circumstances and knew we needed a quick , fair sale in order to make the required payment to the nursing home. She showed the property to a few buyers and presented us an offer in June ! As the market in Bunbury is reasonably slow at the moment , we were relieved to receive an offer so soon and for a very acceptable amount. We signed the offer and the property settled in early July !
