Tom had good knowledge of the area. Very different house to sell but we worked together to keep the asking price to our original decision and after a small amount of time we got and accepted a full asking price. Clemence has been very proffessional in her dealings with us during the sale process of Denmark Farmhouse Cheese & Ducketts Mill Wines. We knew Clemence from her previous role as Winemaker in Denmark, this was the key reason we chose Clemence as our agent.
