Couldn't be happier

Don’t worry if you don’t live local to the house that your selling
First time seller and not living local l was concerned about how l would go selling my house. Ross went above and beyond talking me through the process and advised me through each step. Not living local and needing to have some things addressed to finalise the sale of the house, Ross was able to arrange for this is to addressed. Having his local knowledge and years of experience not only supplied me with the current market background but advised me the best options with selling the property for me to be able to make the best decision. One of the other benefits of engaging Ross is not only his sales experience but his experience with investing your property through the rental market. This is where Ross stands out in the Real Estate market. He will ensure that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision.

Ross was excellent in all aspects of the sale
Ross kept us ( my brother, sister and I) in the loop with excellent communication skills throughout the sales process, without being pushy. His skills, experience, and knowledge were obvious in the way he handled the whole course of action. We were very happy with the amount we received from the sale, which was way above the maximum asking price. On the whole we were extremely happy with Ross and Elders Real Estate. Well Done!!
