I/we invited Baden to view our property with a view to putting it on the market. We were struck with his enthusiasm and genuine interest in our place. He asked if he could return with his partner to discuss details of the deal, and when he did return, we were taken with their openness and professionalism. A contract was soon signed and the photographer came with Baden to take very complementary photos of our property. I was a little sceptical when we were told that many properties are sold on the internet but low and behold 24 hours after it was posted, it was almost done and dusted above our asking price.
