Righr from day one Lou had our interest at heart. There seemed to be a bond right from the start and instead of the normal customer-agent relationship our relationship was more of a mateship . Even prior to making an offer Lou was always there to lend a hand as we dealt with the minefield of other agents and the sale of our own property. He is a good one.
