Good. Process was explained clearly. and we were kept informed on progress of sale regularly.
We were hesitant at selling as recent interest rate rises raised some doubts on getting a reasonable result for our property. Our agent, Heath made every effort to ensure we would not be left at a disadvantage on the sale and although the market has been fairly dynamic we were happy with the result. I would be quite happy to by or sell again through Heath or any of the team at Elders South West Rocks.

We have dealt with Heath for over 15 years both as Purchasers and Vendors, his advice is always direct and accurate. He always represents the vendor's best interests and we appreciate that. Whilst as a buyer we want it as cheap as we can, we do certainly want to ensure we get the chance as a vendor to get all offers and accurate advice.
