Sold my home in a flash for a great price!
Clemence was wonderful throughout the whole process of listing my home and has even advised me when putting an offer in on another property. The initial buyer for my home fell through but she had a number of other interested buyers lined up and we were under contract again after only 4 days of the first one falling through (due to finance). Clemence communicates and advises in a very patient and diplomatic manner and always has her clients best interests in mind.

Knowledge fair Communication poor Professionalism
My experience was very disappointing from start to finish and I felt like I was a total inconvenience to her from both the selling and buying of my homes More communication to complete a survey than entire transaction of homes What was promised fell way short of what was delivered The whole experience left me feeling very underwhelmed by the way I was treated
