We sold our house with Skip, he organised the photo shoot and they turned out amazing. He worked his butt off, held numerous house opens and we were very happy with the price. He has an infectious personality and I can't recommend him highly enough. Sell it with Skip, no doubt about it.

A huge thank you to Skip! He assisted us greatly in buying our dream place - and made the entire process of purchasing our property stress-free. Skip is so informative, charismatic and fantastic at his job. We have no hesitation with referring Skip to our friends and family, and would 100% trust him again with our selling and buying in future. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Selling the house in Boyanup was made so much easier having Geraldine to help. My ex and I didn't know anything about the process of selling, so we needed someone we could trust to gide us and give us the advice we needed . So for anyone thinking of selling I would highly recommend Geraldine Jones as a very hard working agent, she made it so easyfor us.

Scott identified himself to us while canvassing for properties to sell so having a good sales record in our area we felt he was the person for the job - Scott did not disappoint he was always professional - polite and respectful of our thoughts and wishes and that followed through when he presented us with his marketing plan. Scott it was a pleasure to deal with you - thank you - SOLD

If you are thinking of engaging an agent to sell your property, I cannot recommend anyone as highly as Angela Murphy of Elders Donnybrook. Angela sold my property in Brunswick. Even though Angela was in Donnybrook it was never a issue for her to show the property. From the day I listed with Angela she was constantly in contact with me. After every home open I was never left wondering how is went. With in the day/evening Angela would give me a detailed summary of how many people had been through and what their thoughts were of the property. Then within a few days Angela would contact the potential buyers again to see if they would like to see the property again. She also had a list of clients on her data base that she thought the property would appeal too and they were given the opportunity to view the property also. I had an offer on the property quite quickly but it was a subject sale. Even with this offer in place Angela was still marketing the property. She was never of the mind set of "oh well it has an offer on it I can move on to my next client". She was amazing. Then Covid hit. I was starting to feel this sale will never happen. But no Angela kept working away at my property and never once gave up. When home opens were able to take place again, Angela was full steam ahead with home opens and within no time a cash buyer came thru my property And it settled within 30 days. Even when I was feeling this isn't going to happen. Angela was just so positive. I would recommend her in an instant. She is hardworking, loyal, honest, does everything she possibly can do to achieve your sale. Thank you once again Angela you are Amazing. Noelene Bailey

We came in contact with Gerry through a friend of us who told us about his experience with selling his property. She has a big netwerk and knows how to approach interested people to visit homes for sale. Keeping the sellers updated regarding the sale progress of the property. Keep on the good work Gerry. Thanks and all the best. Best regards, Hend & Hill.

We have recently bought and sold with Gerry. We viewed a couple of properties with Gerry and she went out of her way to show properties multiple times and was very open, honest and approachable. So when it came to sell our family home of over 10 years where we brought our babies home to we didn't hesitate to ask Gerry! She understood our love of the property and treated us and our home as special. We as the seller recently read the review from the buyer and were very saddened to hear her experience was far different. We left our beautiful family home professionally cleaned and in great working order after having all pre purchase work completed by reputable tradesman. Unfortunately we had issues with an out structure in which we pursued all avenues to accomadate the buyer and had engineers involved and multiple shire meetings and resolved through the help of a settlement agency. We would definately recommend her and would use her again if we ever find ourselves in the market.

Anthony was very professional and helpful in the dealing we had with him in the purchase of the property. He acted quickly to get a response for me if I rang him with a question about anything. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone as an agent for selling or buying.

Skip was tasked with the sale of our house in Dalyellup at a very difficult time. With covid19 causing the ceasing of home opens and other issues made it very stressful for us and worried we may not be able to sell our house. Skip put us at ease wth his selling strategies and commitment. Skip made us feel more relaxed with the process and tried exploring other selling options putting all his available time in helping us sell our house. Skip was always confident in selling our house and was always friendly and fantastic to deal with. We highly recommend Skip with any of your realestate needs. Thanks Skip
