We first met Skip when we went to look at a property he was selling. He certainly wasn't your typical salesman - he was "normal" just like us - that is why we chose him to sell our unit. He was realistic right from the first viewing of our home and gave practical advice on how better to present our home without spending a fortune. Skip was constantly in contact with us throughout the whole process. We sold in a couple of weeks but in that time Skip became more than just our agent - we now consider him our friend. It was a delight to have Caroline as our Agent. Communication skills are excellent. She really listened and thus understood the style of home that we were seeking.
