I found Roslyn to be very professional and experienced. What I liked most was that I felt she was being honest with me, and she doesn't push and harass you like some agents do. She was easy to contact, went out of her way to assist me, and when we had a problem (not her fault) over settlement, she did everything she could to assist.

I personally had almost no contact with office staff and therefore have not put a rating to this section. We had interactions with Karen over a two year period before we found the perfect home for our family. Karen’s patience and understanding of the need to explore all our options is to be commended!
