The auction gave us the best selling price possible.
Roslyn was knowledgeable, easily communicated with and did what she said she would do. The on-line auction was simple for us because of set times for inspections and Roslyn updated us regularly on how the sale progressed. As she predicted, the auction gave us the best selling price possible. We were very pleased with the performance of the whole Ierace team.

Very positive experience
My experience with Roslyn was very satisfying she kept me updated helpful with the tenant and always kept the communication open and up to date when there was an issue she had it solved she dealt with the buyer very well and worked with them on achieving early settlement all in all a very excellent customer experience would use Roslyn again
