Communication style: Roslyn was very relaxed and confident in relating to the family on the sale. Her manner was respectful and showed clearly she had experience in building a very trusting relationship with us. Timely in giving advice and excellent listening skills ensuring we were on the same track. Market Knowledge: Her awareness of the current market through her many recent sales showed she had experience recommending to us how best to sell the house she was able to make a good case for an online auction to be used which worked well. Negotiation Skills: Roslyn gave us confidence in following her suggestions providing clarity to the steps involved in making the sale go through smoothly. Length and timing of the Auction was a key negotiating skill in itself to deliver on which she undertook with confidence and great aplomb! Professionalism: Roslyn showed excellent business acumen in working with us in face to face, phone and email communications. You felt our best interests were being met in the way she operated. It was a pleasure to have done business with her.
