Karen King did a wonderful job of guiding the sale of my property through to settlement. There was an unfortunate failure of the first contract but Karen had a backup plan in place. The settlement was done in a very quick time. Much of the selling process was completed while I was abroad and was conducted with efficiency of electronic document signing. Thank you Karen
