Unique marketing approach and great outcome!
From the outset Skip was attentive and on the mark with his appraisal of what he thought he could achieve in the market. I gave him 5 weeks to sell the property and he did it in 4 and achieved an above market price. Updates were frequent and to the point. Great outcome for all involved.
