From the very outset, I can honestly say it was a pleasure and easy to deal with Josh Staines. Josh was prompt at getting the initial appraisal done and through to me. He went for the higher $$ target and ended up selling for more than the other agents thought possible. I was pleasantly surprised at how little I was required to interact with Josh, which meant I could stay focused on my job, and Josh did his.
