Happy sales outcome
We took great care in selecting the person we wished to represent us in this important transaction. Rorie met all of our criteria which I am sure influenced the exceptional outcome of our property sale. Great professional service
Leanne was very helpful as we looked at a few properties and had lots of questions about each. She responded quickly to our questions and was patient and did not pressure us to made a decision before we were ready which made the process much easier and less stressful. Good negotiator
Rorie was great, meeting us when we needed to see the house often at very short notice. He was also prompt in sending info to us. He gave a fair indication of the likely sale price, so that we didn’t feel we were totally off the market in our offer. We found Rorie to be friendly, encouraging and whilst he was working for the vendor, we feel he did negotiate with the vendor for us to come to a happy resolution. Rorie seemed a seasoned campaigner in the selling of the property. He sized us up and handled our interest with enough honest information that we retained a real interest in the property, realising its strengths and weaknesses. Rorie didn’t give us a load of rubbish or distortions of the truth about the property and should be congratulated for negotiating the sale so efficiently. Thanks Rorie!

Absolute professionalism
From the outset of negotiations Leanne showed commitment to the sale process. Quick to respond with accurate information she was ever intent on the sale. In a difficult negotiation she was careful to please both vendor and purchaser. Leanne was always able to solve an issue to everyone’s satisfaction. Professional, transparent, helpful
Leanne was really helpful to us as we looked for a property. She was always timely with providing the information we needed. Once we'd found the property we wanted, it was never too much effort to have an extra look through or to arrange for another builder to have access. Leanne negotiated the sale price transparently and fairly. We're so grateful for her help leading up to signing the contract and then with further arrangements that needed to be made after signing. We would certainly give Leanne our business in the future.
