Bills Appraisal

We chose Bill as our Sales Representative as we have live in Victor Harbor for a long time and we already knew that Bill had a good ethic. When we gave Bill our business it was going o be very tough for him as there were numerous houses that all hit the market at the same time, but his advice and his pricing of our house was realistic compared to all the others that were for sale which were all unrealistic and never sold in our time.
