We have bought and sold houses a number of times over the years and have had our share of positive and negative experiences. We weren't sure who to use and we were recommended to Aimee by our local Postal lady (who is lovely). Our sale was more complex than usual as we were subdividing our block and the market was going crazy, we had no idea what price to ask for. Aimee was punctual, professional, an exceptional communicator and just absolutely lovely to deal with from the very beginning. She was completely honest and upfront, didn't tell us what she thought we'd want to hear but didn't allow us to ask for too low to turn it over quickly either. She was very realistic and fair. She checked in with us constantly letting us know where she was at with different prospective buyers keeping the communication channels open. I could honestly write about 10 more points here about all the reasons that we have been so impressed with Aimee but it would be too long. She has definitely got a repeat client in our family and we would (and have already) recommended her to friends and family. Thankyou Aimee!!!
