We relied on the vast experience of Andrew to guide us through the process of selling our property.

From the beginning I found Andrew to be very punctual and if he said he was going to be somewhere at a particular time I could guarantee he would be. His use of an excellent photographer to portray our property on line added a real boost in interest in advertising the place. The photography was completed professionally and honestly. Andrew was able to take his own photographs as he owns a drone and camera the same as the professional photographer but recognised his limitations at that time, and subsequently employed a more professional photographer at his own expense. Andrew has a vast knowledge of land and properties especially in the country areas of Queensland, knows the areas, and previous sales in each respective area. He is willing to spend his time bringing prospective buyers out and has a good knowledge of the property in question and able to answer the buyers questions. Andrew also went beyond his responsibilities in helping to sell other items for us such as our ride on mower for no extra gain. He has a friendly outlook, is honest in his approach to selling having regard for both the seller and the buyer and will not inflate a price just to get a listing on ‘the books’. His advice as to the valuation of the property was certainly in the ball park. Andrew liaised regularly with the new buyers and kept us updated as to how things were proceeding. We decided to have building and pest inspections completed prior to sale and Andrew was good enough to make the necessary arrangements with the respective inspectors and arranged dates and times for that to occur. As such we were very happy with all the assistance given by Andrew and not knowing anything about selling property, relied on his expertise to realise a successful and fair outcome for both ourselves and the buyers.
