We have found Rachel to be friendly and easy to deal with. She is proactive and responsive with any questions or concerns we have had throughout the process. I had an amazing experience with Elders Warwick Real Estate. The team demonstrated strong knowledge, provided expert advice, and were always prompt with their responses and communication. They answered every question I had with clarity and confidence, making the entire process completely stress-free. From the time I moved away and turned my home into a rental property, they took exceptional care of it. I couldn’t have asked for better management — my property was maintained in excellent condition, and I was kept regularly updated. Any maintenance or issues were handled quickly and professionally, with constant communication throughout. They truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and dedicated real estate team!

Rachel is an awesome Agent, professional, experienced, and properly rated No.1 for sales in Warwick.

Rachel's appraisal was spot on and she sold my property for that same value. From the first telephone conversation with Rachel, she exuded confidence in her selling ability, excitement to work with me in presenting the property perfectly, and sold my property within a few days of listing. There is a reason Rachel is rated the best salesperson, she gets results, and the team behind her at Elders Warwick, work hard to support her. Rachel is a nice person and a brilliant Agent, please engage her to sell your property, you will not regret it. The thing that Vendors/Sellers miss, is that they have a duty to have a Form 2 available at the time of listing, so the Agent can legally prepare a Contract of Sale for signature when the right buyer comes along, without a Form 2 the Agent is powerless to proceed legally to Contract Stage. It is time the importance of this document was highlighted.
