Gently sloping country rising away from alluvial flats along the MacIntyre River which form front of the eastern boundary. Soils consist of rich basalt type over most of the property with areas of lighter basalt country on the southern end of the property. Approximately 688 Ha have been farmed with approximately 265 Ha established lucerne, 60 Ha improved pasture, 265 Ha sown to oats and 60 Ha returned to natural pasture.
