Hello. My review of selling my house with The Eleet was not the most positive that I was hoping for. Akshit was very prompt in coming to my house and going through how they could sell my house. I was very interested in the off market idea and thought it would be beneficial for me and worth paying the extra sales fee percentage. Other agencies were up to 1% less. Unfortunately this was not to happen. I signed on Monday night. You could not get anyone to take pictures of my home till the Saturday. You then brought your team around the next Monday and pushed for me to put it on market that Thursday. No time was taken to try and sell my house off market. Another thing that was a concern to me is that you should of never taken the second offer until the first one was finalised. This first offer contract was never given to me or my conveyancer. Which makes me feel like it was not a real offer. I heard that the 2nd sale was cancelled but it was only after my partner stated to you that I was entitled to some of their deposit did you say anything. I always had a feeling that you were more worried about the buyers not the seller. Your priority should of been me. I was paying you the money. After this time I felt all communications were limited and strained. The third sale of property went through and after that time I did not hear from you barely. Communication was very limited. Ashish rang me because he wanted to take a photo outside of my property near the sold sign. Only Tran came to meet me to collect keys and we did not hear from you again. The last two things I would like to mention is I feel you do not have very good after sale communication. As soon as you get the sale you disappeared. You need to remember that people will have a lasting impression of the last thing you do. And the last thing was you sat there and told us we would celebrate together with a bottle of vodka and scotch. This did not happen and left another bad taste in my mouth.
