Xavier has been absolutely helpful during this journey selling our house. My parents knew him few years back as an investor and when it came to selling our house, we contacted him because of his energy and enthusiasm in this market. He has always been there whenever we had questions day and night, even on weekends. I was overseas during most of this process but Xavier has always been super helpful and sorting everything out for us while overseas. He is goal driven and is concise.
