With the latest change of tenancy - following a break of lease - we received a personal recommendation of someone looking for a place. This gentleman sounded like the kind of quiet and reliable tenant we needed. However, we still wanted our Elevate team to review his application, to keep things at arms length and to be sure he was suitable. The team also clearly explained for us the processes involved in beginning a new lease after a broken lease. It's been very reassuring for us to know the team had everything in hand and were also delighted to approve the tenant who'd been sent our way.
