Carolyn understood our situation and what we wanted to achieve. She was open and honest with her advice and the plan she put in place with her local knowledge was right on the money. Throughout the whole exercise she was only a phone call away and nothing was a problem. Considering we were residing in NZ at the time Carolyn's patience understanding and communication kept everything under control and we achieved the result she said we would.

Carolyn was very easy to deal with,she displayed a good knowledge of our housing market and was able to answer any question we put to her . We found her to be very honest and forthright and she was able to offer good advice on how to organise the house for home opens to maximise appeal. Carolyn was very pleasant and professional, trustworthy with an engaging personality. She understood the local housing market and kept us informed at all times of the movements and interest in the house. Gave plenty of notice when home opens would occur. If there was a rating I would rate my experience 150% out of 100%.
