I put my house up for sale in June 2017 & a few days later the house next door was started to be demolished. The noise was deafening & after 3 months I took it off the market because they started to level the block & remove the swimming pool. Then they had a meeting with the developers about covenants, this took us into November & they negotiated an agreement with the council. Building then started on the granny flat/shed/garage/dwelling according to the builders. Then I met Julie Coffey with a friend after Xmas & she started the ball rolling & rolling & before long my house was sold for top price. About 4 years a go I brought an investment property through Julie. At the time I was living in Sydney and Julie would send me quarterly snapshots of what the local market was doing in Kawana Island. It was because of this continued communication that I decided when it came to selling my property that I would go through Julie. I was not living in the Sunshine Coast which made it difficult to attend to matters but Julie would go out of her way to go around and check on the property and organise tradesmen. We also had a difficult situation with the tenants and a property manager with a serious attitude problem. She handled all this with a calm attitude and ended up getting me a great price. If it wasn't for Julie I don't believe I would have got the price I wanted which has helped me purchase my family home. Thanks
