We bought through Ellejayne and Sally Wrigley was the agent. All went well until the day of settlement. At the pre-settlement inspection, we noticed considerable damage to the property, which seemed mainly through moving furniture out of the property. There were large holes in the walls; some like 30cmx30cm. There was debris all over the place in the backyard. Rusted metal, old and broken tools, etc. Sally did not turn up for this inspection, instead sending a junior agent (Jayse Russo). Jayse took pictures of the debris and said he would get the sellers to clean up. I took pictures of damage and sent these to my solicitors. The solicitors rang Sally who said that those damages were pre-existing. Some of these locations were also in the advertisement for the sale of the property and they clearly showed that the damages were not pre-existing. I tried calling Sally a number of times but she would not even answer the phone. She did not answer a single call from us that day. Reluctantly we went ahead and settled. When we went to pick the keys from the Ellejayne office in Morisset, Sally did not even come out to hand over the keys. She sent the office secretary, who informed us that Sally was 'very busy'. Ofcourse by that stage she had already received her commission, so why bother. On arrival at the property we found all the debris still lying around. We texted Jayse Russo but he would not answer any of the messages. That is Ellejayne. We were very disappointed with Sally, Jayse and Ellejayne. This review does not allow me to attach photos otherwise I would have done so to show the before and after, and that the damages were caused after we had agreed to purchase and before we moved in. All the photos have date stamps. Sally knew the issues and saw it best to just keep quiet. I will never buy or sell with Sally Wrigley or Ellejayne and will not recommend my family and friends to deal with them. Zero faith and trust. I will send all details plus photos to head office.

From the moment we met Ben it just felt right. He lives in the area so he knows what is going on with sale of properties. He was always on call and would answer any questions we had ( even the silly ones). He and his team would always be on time, kept us in the loop with what was going on with the sale of our property. He gave us the name of our conveyancer and also the name of a removals company for us to get back to Sydney. We would not have known who to go to for either of these. He knowledge of people in the area was a great help.
