Jayse handled most of the open homes and, I think, the negotiation of the final sale. He always turned up as promised, and on time. He was courteous to me and negotiated a pretty good price for my property. He does need to write himself a note though, so that he follows up and does what he says he will do.

After a less than satisfactory experience with another agent, I asked Sally to sell my home, as she was obtaining the highest prices around my local area. The process went without fuss or pressure. Jayse handled most of the enquiries and did so pretty well. The photography team were great and the photos were excellent. I was the one who suggested and decided to lower my expected price. There was absolutely no pressure from Sally to do so. So far, they appear to have handled the purchaser quite well, calming any perceived worries they might have had.
