We needed a new tenant after receiving 2 weeks notice. From day 1 we had a great,trustworthy new tenant lined up by Jason and Georgie. Appointments were made and they were on time every time. Smoke alarm checked; inspection by tenant done and he moved in…minimal disruption to us. Georgie has followed up with correspondence and rent being paid and we’re very satisfied with our problem free tenant changeover.
