Tanya was very easy to engage with when we contacted her to view the property we were interested in and quickly arranged a viewing. When we met she was very friendly and down to earth and had a great knowledge of the local area. We felt her to be trustworthy and we did not feel pressured. However, because we were visiting the area from a considerable distance, we had a small timeframe and Tanya was able to arrange a further inspection and negotiate a contract we were happy with in a timely manner.

Tanya did a wonderful job of styling the property. We think her presentation skills have greatly assisted in getting a decent price and a quick sales contract, which was wonderful. The buyers were very difficult to deal with but at the end of the day, we were very pleased that the property successfully settled on the contractually scheduled day.
