I had a very stressful experience with a previous agent and as soon as I had Tanya on board, it was absolutely smooth sailing from then on. I had a signed contract 5 days after my property had gone back on the market and got over the asking price! I couldn't have asked for better service. Her whole friendly team have been absolutely wonderful and I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in passing on my high recommendations.

We had met Tanya a year ago and kept in touch. We explained what we were looking for in a beach shack. On our last expedition to Emu Park, we visited her real-estate office where she said to us" I know exactly what your looking for and haven't called you because the right house hasn't come along ". Every house has its pros and cons ours was no exception. Tanya spent a huge amount of time and effort marketing our house in the best possible way. It did take longer than we anticipated but she was able to change our exposure to stay on top of changing trends. Totally amazing team of professional staff. The community should be proud to have such a dedicated agent in their midst.

Words cannot express enough the commitment/drive/friendly professionalism and the service that Tanya gave us…We were kept up to date and the communication was spot on and we were kept up to date through the whole selling process….
