The Ennis process is different to most other agencies. It is based on identifying likely purchasers and negotiating a fair outcome taking account of the current market conditions. We preferred this approach as it limits the number of just curious lookers at home inspections. It also gave us and interested prospects more flexibility and time to confirm their interest in the home.
