Being a tenant you dont get a choice in who your new agent will be when your rental sells. Jack from ePropertyco made that transition so easy you wouldn't have noticed a change. Jack called me to pass on information about the changeover like a friend was just giving me a nice call. ePropertyco may be small in comparison to other companies alike but there is no comparison to the extra care Jack has taken in regards to my Tenancy. You're never kept wondering if you'll ever hear back, if your issue is to big. Instead you are treated with importance and valued as a tenant. Everyone wants good tenants but how often do you find a Property Manager that has both owner and occupier interests at heart. Thanks Jack.

Were you after a two bedroom unit in Longford? Well something’s come up just this morning…” Brilliant! Before you could say “My Ideal Home,” my cat and I were installed.
