Above & beyond the call of duty
We purchased our house through Jo in October. Communication and offers between us & the vendor we’re fast & effective. We had previously missed out on several houses through ineffective communications by other agents. But the cream rose to the surface when the vendor left the house in a ‘less than clean’ state. Jo personally paid to have the house professionally cleaned and handed over in perfect order. Topped off by a beautiful welcome gift, I could not recommend Jo any more highly. We love our new home. Great Experience !!
We would highly recommend both Jo and e Property & Co , we gave Jo a big task to find us a suitable property with quite a few specifications with the main being a large amount of storage to which she found for us , in central Longford we had a very short timeline to move . we found Jo to be both very honest and professional and with great negotiating skills , to which the property was sold to us within two days .
