We have used Erit before when buying a property many years ago and have recently engaged her again to sell our home in Mount Lawley - it is a beautiful home but needed to be advertised in a way that encouraged people to enter the home to appreciate its many features and positive aspects - Erit came up with a wonderful approach to advertising and opening the home as well as determining the appropriate price - this was not so straightforward in such a volatile market. We hadn't sold a property in WA previously and Erit kept us informed along each step of the process and offered advice on how to proceed which made the whole event relatively stress free and surprisingly enjoyable. We were very happy to receive an offer on the property with 2 weeks of it being advertised. We cannot rate Erit's professionalism, negotiation skills and market knowledge more highly. From the first time that I met Erit who had been recommended to me, I knew straight away that I would be extremely happy to have her sell my house. It was an emotional time for me as my husband had passed away and I knew that it was getting extremely difficult for me to maintain a big house and needed to downsize after 32 years in the house. Erit listened to me explaining with a lot of emotion my reasons for selling and she came across as a most compassionate person and allowed me to take my time without any pressure whatsoever in answering her questions etc. She was able to advise me whether I needed to spend an excessive amount of money on bringing the house up to a certain level to present for sale or to leave it as it was, as she was able to bring potential clients who wanted to do renovations etc and leave it as it was. She was most professional in all the dealings I had with her and was also able to show me listings of other houses which she thought I might be interested in., resulting in her finding the perfect house for me, within my budget and had no hesitation whatsoever when I received an offer on my house and was then able to put in an offer for my new home. Erit explained in detail all the paper work that needed to be filled in, she allowed me to shed a few tears along the way, and I felt more than comfortable all the way in every step there was and was always available to answer my queries and concerns. I feel as if I have made a new friend in her and would go all out to recommend her to any of my friends and family if they needed an agent in the future. A better choice I could not have made, she created a warm one on one feeling with me her client, and cannot imagine having had this same relationship with another agent. As they say "we just clicked". In 2009 I decided to sell my house in Dianella and move from WA to SA. A few years earlier in 2003 I was left disillusioned with the profession in selling my previous house therefore this time, and with a new determination to secure the right professional, I researched and observed different agents' selling techniques.
