It's been a pleasure dealing with Erit
It's always been a pleasure dealing with Erit over the years, from the original lease of the house some 4 or 5 years back, through to the successful sale of the property. Erit developed a marketing strategy for the property, which we followed, and it brought in a lot of interest right from when the property was first listed. To get an offer on the first open day was also exceptional. The video that Erit prepared must have had an impact on marketing the property and getting the high levels of interest from day one. We sold the property within a month of being on the market, with a full price offer, which in the current depressed housing market in Perth is outstanding. So thanks to Erit for your assistance and guidance, it was greatly appreciated.

Erit felt so comfortable in our home and that made it seem so easy for her to sell. She knew how everything "worked" and how the entertainment area had been a focus of our lifestyle. The Arrows - Mount Lawley
We have used Erit before when buying a property many years ago and have recently engaged her again to sell our home in Mount Lawley - it is a beautiful home but needed to be advertised in a way that encouraged people to enter the home to appreciate its many features and positive aspects - Erit came up with a wonderful approach to advertising and opening the home as well as determining the appropriate price - this was not so straightforward in such a volatile market. We hadn't sold a property in WA previously and Erit kept us informed along each step of the process and offered advice on how to proceed which made the whole event relatively stress free and surprisingly enjoyable. We were very happy to receive an offer on the property with 2 weeks of it being advertised. We cannot rate Erit's professionalism, negotiation skills and market knowledge more highly. I highly recommend Erit David as a Real Estate Agent, she is extremely professional, patient and easy to deal with. She is also very warm and personable which we appreciated. It made the whole experience of buying a home so much easier. Erit went out of her way to make sure things went smoothly and was always available to answer any questions we had. From the first time that I met Erit who had been recommended to me, I knew straight away that I would be extremely happy to have her sell my house. It was an emotional time for me as my husband had passed away and I knew that it was getting extremely difficult for me to maintain a big house and needed to downsize after 32 years in the house. Erit listened to me explaining with a lot of emotion my reasons for selling and she came across as a most compassionate person and allowed me to take my time without any pressure whatsoever in answering her questions etc. She was able to advise me whether I needed to spend an excessive amount of money on bringing the house up to a certain level to present for sale or to leave it as it was, as she was able to bring potential clients who wanted to do renovations etc and leave it as it was. She was most professional in all the dealings I had with her and was also able to show me listings of other houses which she thought I might be interested in., resulting in her finding the perfect house for me, within my budget and had no hesitation whatsoever when I received an offer on my house and was then able to put in an offer for my new home. Erit explained in detail all the paper work that needed to be filled in, she allowed me to shed a few tears along the way, and I felt more than comfortable all the way in every step there was and was always available to answer my queries and concerns. I feel as if I have made a new friend in her and would go all out to recommend her to any of my friends and family if they needed an agent in the future. A better choice I could not have made, she created a warm one on one feeling with me her client, and cannot imagine having had this same relationship with another agent. As they say "we just clicked". Thank you Erit for the wonderful experience you have given me, for all the advise, for the professional way you conducted yourself, for not allowing me to view properties which were out of my budget.

Ever present support!
As first time home buyers, we were extremely nervous. We found Erit, highly responsive, always willing to clarify and though we were the buyers, not the sellers, we had excellent consideration at all times. I can only imagine the sellers happy rating. I would not think twice asking Erit to act for us should we ever decide to sell.
