I have worked with Robby and the eResidential team since last year. He approached me about the possibility of selling my property. The process took a while due to repair and improvement that had to be made on the property. Robby and his team took care of the repair process and even helped out with the second marketing cost (after the improvement). We had a good amount of offer from the beginning but some of the unseen damages put the potential buyers off. We kept on going and attacking the sales from different angles.
