As an Agent, He always smiles when you see him but when something was going wrong and I asked him to fix up, he doesn’t want to. For example, He put the wrong solicitor detail on the contract, I asked him to correct it and send me a new one, but he told me it didn’t matter. But it impacts on my settlement. I asked him couple questions regarding the property before settlement, he asked me to follow up with my lawyer. I sent him text message but he got back in next 2days with not very clear explanation. I felt that he was not really want to help me, all he care was about is him commissions. He called me after settlement to see how I settled. I told him there are some issues in the house which I was not aware before, he told me that was not he expected to hear, the The purpose of call is asking to write him a good review. I believe he can do better than that, But he is choosing not to. I still believe he’s a good agent, just too busy to look after all his clients.

We selected Robby because of the good ratings he had received from past sellers. He presents as an energetic and ambitious sales agent, he offered the highest sales target compared to other agents and therefore I was somewhat hesitant to select him. I am glad that I did as he hit his target in one week and achieved a street record. His ambition surprised me but he delivered. The whole process went well amd he was available at all times and provided us with regular updates. We live interstate and have never me him in person but that did not affect our communication. Thank you Robby for your in selling our property.
