Peter, as requested, followed me up for about 12 months as we were uncertain as to when to sell or which property to sell Once we had decided to proceed he was honest with the price range expected and was always professional and courteous The tenant was not particular obliging and left the place untidy and on several occasions was either in bed or in the shower, so Peter and Welly had a lot to contend with.
