As an investor I have found there are just two types of Real Estate Agents: Those I'd rather buy from (usually because I know I can get the price down) and those I'd rather sell through (because they will get me the best price possible on my property. Welly is in the second category. I know this because I just bought a property through him and found myself on the receiving end of his excellent negotiation skills!
