As an investor I have found there are just two types of Real Estate Agents: Those I'd rather buy from (usually because I know I can get the price down) and those I'd rather sell through (because they will get me the best price possible on my property. Welly is in the second category. I know this because I just bought a property through him and found myself on the receiving end of his excellent negotiation skills! His conduct was highly professional in all aspects. Most of all he obtained an excellent price for his client. At least now I know a good agent to sell through in the future.
