Welly has been very helpful to me every step of the way in this selling process. He was meticulous in conducting open homes until the contract went unconditional. He was patient, kind and respectful to my tenants. He helped me read the settlement figures in advance and provided good pointers. Above all, he is just a fun, generous person with a high standard of integrity. It's not common to find a real estate agent like him.
