Robby had what I feel was a unique approach to selling our investment property. He was never going to accept comparable sale figures. In the end he blew the suburb record out of the water. All along he wanted to make sure we had the best deal. Even when we were happy with an offer he would still try and get more. We received regular updates and suggestions on what course of action to take. When unsure of what to do we felt confident in his advice. His knowledge kept our mind at ease. We had never heard of eResidential prior to meeting with Robby. It was only after we read some of these reviews we thought we would meet with him.
