Daniel is a rare breed in real estate. He is a gentleman, honest and has ethics. He is approachable, has a wonderful manner and exceptional communication skills. Our experience with Daniel, while looking for a home for my parents, was a pleasant and eventually successful one, thanks to him. He definitely does not shy from delivering over and above normal expectations and requests and makes the process of exchanging real estate the least stressful it can be. We have dealt with many agents in the recent past buying a real estate portfolio and I can genuinely say there is no one better.
