Even though our sales agent was new to the industry he immediately won us over with his positivity and confidence and walked us carefully through all the details in a really reassuring way. From there he organized walkthroughs only one potential buyer directly and within a month had gotten the sale and completely hit our target price off the market. I am so impressed he sold the property off market without any further marketing & advertisement expenses.
