Agents that deliver what they promise in an ethical highly professional manner
Having to sell a property as an enduring power of attorney on behalf of an elderly parent who is no longer able to manage is an emotional ,daunting and highly stressful task. Sarah and Alison delivered with timely advice, understanding and clear direction. It made this process as easy as it could be under the circumstances. I would highly recommend this team. No overt pressure, sound advice and confidence in their opinions.

Delivers on promises. Property Management and sales.
We moved out of WA and for years struggled to find an effective, efficient and trustworthy Property Manager. We went through a small number of agencies that made promises but could not deliver. We were glad we stumbled upon Ethos. As PMs they were prompt efficient and professional, identifying works, having quotes and work done, great support for insurance claims. They also developed trusting and open relationships with our tenants, something that was crumbling due to previous experiences with other PMs. Could not recommend them highly enough as PMs. We chose to sell our property and Ethos, once again, stepped up and delivered! identified works to be done, quotes sorted, jobs finished. On the market for less than a month, target price achieved. They may be a small (for now) and Professional team, but more than capable and set a new standard in delivery of service.

Fantastic agents!
I have had Ethos looking after my rental and the sale of my property. I highly recommend Alison and Sarah, they have been professional and thorough every step of the way and I commend them on their excellent communication, not once have I needed to follow up, they are always one step ahead. I have rented and sold several properties and these agents have been by far the best!
