From the moment I met Kirrily for an appraisal I knew she was the agent for me! Kirrily's respectful and genuine nature is refreshing for a sales agent (she's truly one of a kind) as this was a stressful time for me. Her advice and guidance for styling my unit, its marketing campaign and keeping me up to date with interest showed outstanding results. Thank you so much Kirrily!

We have bought a house with Kirrily and we would now sell with her knowing she does her best for the vendor and purchaser. She always replied quickly and settled any of our concerns.

Kirrilly is the consummate professional. She is so knowledgeable about the market and also took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home. Never pushy, always accommodating...she was a pleasure to do business with.

Buying from Kirrily was such a stress free process, she was honest, upfront and very respectful of our situation. She worked hard to satisfy both party’s vendor and purchaser, you really couldn’t ask any more from a realestate agent. She was by far the best we have ever used! Would highly recommend Kirrily and evens reality group.

Kirrily from Evans Reality Group would have to be the most professional Real Estate Agent, I came across when selling my property. Her approach to my needs and her attention to detail was just outstanding. Kirrily went over and beyond in all open for inspections she spent time with each and explained all that could have been. I highly recommend Kirrily from Evans Reality Group for all your planned sales and purchases in the Macedon Ranges and beyond.
