About Dani

When it comes to amazing property management, it doesn’t get much better than Dani Berko! As the Senior Property Manager at Advantage Property Group, Dani goes by the motto “make no apologies for setting a high standard in property management, with clients and our real estate”, which she clearly delivers, with many of our tenants and clients, including overseas investors, often contacting her to discuss property management and to also have casual chats – its all in the service! Having worked several senior positions within the real estate industry for over 15 years, Dani has brought a plethora of experience to the benefit of clients and is particularly savvy across all Property Management elements including listing properties, sourcing Tenants and managing expectations. Outside of work, Dani loves to spending time with family and friends, and has several pets including a spoodle puppy named Charlie, the impromptu Advantage Property Group team mascot – GO CHARLIE!

Quick and Easy

The everywhere team were quick to jump onto the tasks at hand. Being interstate I had my limitations. That's where Dani and the team jumped on and made things happen. They know the market, they got the open house ready in a matter of days for a huge turnout! Then they vetted several excellent tenants and provided excellent advice. Since signing up the lease they've been prompt at attending to the property with excellent communication. Can's ask for much more from a agency.
