I met Arch two days before the Auction at an Open House presentation. He certainly made me feel very comfortable about the pending auction. His manner, knowledge and approach gave me a sense of heightened expectancy. I had been dealing from the outset with his mentor and colleague John O Connell whom I trusted explicitly as a friend because of his experience and professionalism in the real estate business. Both Arch and John brought this professionalism to the table so to speak by conducting and finalising the whole auction process with such aplomb, resulting in a sale price well above my expectations.
