Strong and quick sale, always available for status updates and alleviating any concerns (even didn't mind my several calls!) They had a game plan for the best method to sell the house for the best possible price. Very experienced which was a great comfort for such a big decision. House needed some work prior to sale and Archi and the team managed tradespeople etc to get it ready. Marketing was great and staging was beautiful. I've now sold multiple properties with Archie and his team, and they always end up surprising me! Archie now holds multiple records across buildings which I've sold apartments within, including this latest one in Parkdale. The highest price for a 1bedroom - and a lot more than what I was willing to take.
