Very professional and stress free.
We were quite nervous about selling our house as we didn’t really know what we were doing, the moment we met Lou we instantly felt at ease. He organised all the repairs to get the house into a condition that we would get the best possible price for it. Because he organised every part of the sale at no point did we have to organise anything at all. He was always available to answer the phone for any questions we had. We sold the house very promptly and for the price we wanted. I would have no qualms in recommending Lou to anyone selling their house!
